707 - A Center for Cultural Resilience
In January of 2018, Jewish Farm School and Kol Tzedek Synagogue opened 707 as a center for Jewish life in West Philly. 707 is a place where people gather to build community, ask big questions, celebrate the cycles of the calendar, connect with our ancestral traditions, learn to live more sustainably, and engage in the holy work of helping to build a more just and equitable food system. The storefront is used for a wide range of Jewish Farm School and Kol Tzedek programs.
On the second floor, 707 is home to a vibrant coworking space, with staff from Jewish Farm School, Eden Village Camp, Attic Apothecary, Bend the Arc, and Generative Somatics all sharing the space.
