The Jewish Farm School proudly presents its third annual calendar- Seedtime and Harvest. Our 16-month calendar is printed on 100% post-consumer recycled paper and carefully balances both Hebrew and Gregorian dates, along with their corresponding holidays, bringing you a product as practical as it is meaningful and elegant. Proceeds from this calendar directly support the Jewish Farm School.

 

This year's calendar features:

  • 16 months of Jewish holidays and photographs of sustainable agriculture.
  • Brief teachings about each of the Hebrew months.
  • Names of the weekly Torah portions.
  • 100% post-consumer recycled paper and vegetable-based inks.

 

Photo Contest

This year, the Jewish Farm School held its first ever Calendar Photo Contest. This contest was open to photographers of all ages and abilities. JFS is proud to feature the photographs that were selected in this year’s contest. Images in this year’s calendar represent the themes of the following verse:


“Seedtime and harvest,
cold and heat,
summer and winter,
day and night
shall not cease.”
